A legislative agreement has replaced Uber’s proposed ballot initiative, narrowing its scope to rideshare cases and preserving lawmakers’ ability to make future changes.
While reimbursement concerns remain, the outcome is a significant shift from the original proposal as the PPC PAC continues advocating for providers and patient access ahead of the 2027 legislative session.
